AKA: When Something Gets Stuck
Opening the Machine:
Step 1. Remove the tile set sitting on top and place it in the tile bag.
Step 2. Carefully remove the outer plastic molding around the table.
Step 3. Pull firmly upward to remove the molding and access the felt mat.
Step 4. Lift the table top (it’s hinged on one side).
Step 5. Press one red button to open the console.
Step 6. Gently remove the plastic insert around the console.
Step 7. Clear any jammed tiles or mystery objects.
Step 8. Load tiles back into the chamber and press one red button on the center console to close the console and see if the tile counter increases to “152”.
Step 9. If successful, press one red button twice, once to open access to the console chamber and then again to close it. Once closed, the tile set loaded in the table will pop up.
Step 10, Test the table before closing it.
Step 11. Press one red button to open the console chamber, push all the tiles into the chamber, press the red button again to open the console chamber and re-insert the plastic insert. If the counter doesn’t read “152”, stop and call Bam Good Tables Service.
