2. Florida Service Limitation
Sales, deliveries, service visits, demonstrations, and warranty assistance are limited exclusively to customers located within the State of Florida.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $750.00 is required at the time of order to secure your QX Automatic Mahjong Table. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than five (5) business days prior to scheduled delivery or pickup. Orders will not be released, delivered, or scheduled until full payment has been received and cleared. Bam Good Tables does not accept cash on delivery.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Applicable Florida sales tax will be added where required by law.

4. Delivery, Assembly, and Access Requirements
Delivery and assembly services are determined based on the customer’s location and calculated by mileage from Parkland, Florida.
Delivery fees are assessed based on distance, accessibility, and site conditions.
The customer is solely responsible for:
- Ensuring clear, safe, and unobstructed access
- Confirming elevator access where applicable
- Obtaining HOA or building approvals
- Verifying doorway, hallway, and elevator dimensions
If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, structural limitations, or building rules, the Company may deliver to a ground-floor location only.
Additional fees may apply for redelivery or special handling.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. All Sales Final – No Returns – No Refunds
All sales are final.
Due to the specialty nature, size, and handling requirements of QX Automatic Mahjong Tables:
- No returns will be accepted
- No refunds will be issued after delivery
- Orders may not be canceled once delivery has been scheduled
