Can I replace parts if needed?

What warranty is provided?

The Ascent Slim Automatic Mahjong Table by QX Mahjong comes with a 12-month local warranty, covering mechanical and electronic defects. The warranty does not cover: Misuse or improper handling Accidental drops of poker chips Water damage Wear and tear

Are there any delivery charges?

Yes. Delivery costs depend on where you live in Florida. 0-20 mile radius $100.00 21-50 mile radius $150.00 51-100 mile radius $200.00 101-150 mile radius $250.00 151-200 mile radius $300.00 For safety and accessibility reasons, we can only deliver tables with elevator access. In buildings without elevators, delivery will be made to the first-floor landing.

Why might product colors look different in person?

We polish up our photos so you can see all the lovely details online. Screens, lighting, and real life can all play tricks on color—so we can’t accept returns just because the shade looks a little different in person.

Are all Table sales final?

Yes. Once an order is placed, and a deposit has been given, it cannot be canceled or refunded. The only exception? If your table shows up damaged when delivered. In that case, we’ll absolutely help. For more information, view our Terms and Conditions.

What if you forget a tile?

If you forget a tile or accidentally leave one out, just open the console using the opposite red buttons and put them in. Then shut the console again using one red button.
