Thanks so much for choosing your Ascent Slim Automatic Mahjong Table by QX Mahjong—we love our tables, and we want you to love yours too—so here’s how refunds and warranties work.

The scoop:

• Once your mahjong table order is placed, it’s final sale.
• The only exception? If your table arrives damaged during shipping or delivery. (In that case, don’t worry—we’ll take care of it.)

As for the felt mats—those are also final sale. Refunds or exchanges are only available if an item shows up damaged from shipping.

Product Images:

We do a little digital primping before our products hit the website—cleaning up backgrounds and adjusting colors so you can see all the good details clearly. Because screens, lighting, and real life don’t always agree, we can’t accept returns just because a color looks a little different in person.

In short: if it arrives damaged, we’ve got you. If it arrives fabulous (but a slightly different shade than your screen), that’s just technology being technology.
